WOMEN’S WORK INTEGRATION PROGRAM is a employment preparatory program that focuses on the personal, social and professional development in order to provide the necessary tools for women who are far from the job market to return to the workforce.

WWIP is a free 19-week training program that alternates computer and language courses, personalized job search, and online conferences and workshops. In addition, participants will be able to benefit from a recent Quebec experience through a professional internship in their field of interest.

Eligibility criteria

To participate to this program, you must meet a number of conditions, including the following:

• Be a resident of the island of Montreal;
• Understand and express yourself in French or English;
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or accepted refugee;
• Meet the eligibility criteria of the ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale.
