Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal is dedicated to helping children and youths who are faced with personal and socio-economic difficulties, as well as their families. Our agency offers professional mentoring services and an opportunity to acquire and improve personal strengths and interpersonal skills, contributing to a healthier life over the long term.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal is in a growth period and we are looking to surpass our objectives in terms of services we offer to the public. We aim to reach out to more diverse communities by developing new inclusive programs.


The person holding this position will develop and put in place an organizational strategy for program creation and evaluation. The goal of the programs is to reach out to all of Montreal’s youth and communities with specific needs or realities. The person will be in charge of all aspects and the implementation of any projects related to the programs, by following the expected orientation and calendar.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, autonomous, can work well in group settings, versatile and takes initiative. We hope that this new employee joining our team can use their knowledge and qualities to propose new ideas and advance our mentoring movement.

The candidate must possess a university-level diploma in project management or in connection to human relations (social work, intervention, psychology), and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. The candidate needs to have a solid grasp of French and English, and have good knowledge of budgeting, project management, strategies, and social action in community development, including knowledge of indigenous and LGBTQ2+ issues.

What we offer:

A salary between 21$ and 23$ an hour (depending on experience), a flexible schedule, teleworking, an office near a metro station, social benefits group insurance, possibility of contributing to a savings fund,
