S.A.E.E.E.E. is a non-profit organization that offers employment assistance services for more than 19 years. Our mission is to promote the development of the employability of people with difficulties of adaptation.


Pre-employment training

The duration of the training is four weeks, including two weeks of assisted job search. This training is for people with a clear job objective and touches on different aspects of the job search:

  • transferable and other skills
  • perceptions and beliefs about the labor market
  • Resume, cover letter, business card
  • introduction to computers and the Internet
  • practice of job interview, phone calls to employers

Individual counseling for job search assistance

If you already know the job search techniques, but need some help, a counselor is available to offer you services such as:

  • skills assessment
  • CV, cover letter
  • introduction to job search on the Internet
  • job interview practice and other job search techniques


You will be accompanied in your exploration of career choices through:

  • an individualized approach with an experienced professional
  • a clarification of your interests and abilities
  • academic and professional information that informs you about the realities of the job market

In addition we offer

Support throughout your employment process and access to our job search room including:

  • computers with Internet access and software Markers
  • photocopier and fax
  • documentation center on school and professional information
  • job posting board

Be 35 years old or older or be an adult criminalized person or be referred by a CLE for an orientation service. For this service, the clientele is of all ages.


The organization has existed since 1983. From that date to 1996, it has developed a specific expertise with regard to adult judicial persons. Since 1996, it has also welcomed people over the age of 35 who live in the Mercier, Anjou, Montreal-East, Pointe-aux-Trembles and Rivière-des-Prairies neighborhoods and who need help in their insertion on the work market.
