Created in 1988, the Quebec Network of Healthy Cities and Towns now has 225 member municipalities, representing more than 85% of the population. Promote and support, throughout Québec, the sustainable development of healthy living environments by promoting exchanges and sharing between municipalities, the commitment of municipal decision-makers to quality of life and their ability to mobilize their partners and citizens in action.


The Quebec Network of Healthy Cities and Towns is looking for a Director General to fulfill its mission of promoting and supporting the development of sustainable and inclusive living environments that promote health and quality of life in a municipal context for communities of all sizes. To do this, it focuses on intersectoral partnership, mobilization and citizen participation.

About is a project of L'Avenue inc., A non-profit organization independent from the City of Montreal , dedicated for more than ten years to the democratization of information technologies among community groups and disadvantaged people in Montreal.

This Internet portal offers citizens the possibility of easily find all the services of Montréal non-profit groups and it serves as a social community reference center on the Internet. Each month, receives more than 200,000 unique visitors and more than 1,000,000 page views.
