The mission of Logis Phare is to encourage support and socialization among families, the promotion of parenting skills, the development of their autonomy and their skills in order to facilitate their social integration. Logis Phare also aims at preventing risks for the child and his family; it can thus offer an alternative to the placement of children in foster care.


  • 7 supervised apartments (3 1/2 and 4 1/2) possibly subsidized

  • Located near several services and a metro station
  • We provide a stable, safe and secure living environment for families and pregnant women with at least one parent on opioid substitution therapy. This supervised apartment project supports the creation of a community and relational network to prevent relapse and related problems such as: parental neglect, conjugal violence, crime, etc.


Presence of local stakeholders; day and sometimes evenings and weekends.
