A Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master of Business Administration degree, Emmanuel Dubourg has been a manager in the Canadian public service for 20 years. International tax audit consultant, lecturer, he taught in several institutions before making the jump in Quebec and Canadian politics. In 2017, he celebrates his 10th year of political life.
