Destination Travail du Sud-Ouest de l'Ile de Montreal is a non-profit employability organization founded in 1996. Its mission is to support people aged 16 to 65 in their career path. His services, free and bilingual, affect employment, education, including academic perseverance, and entrepreneurship. The intervention philosophy of the organization is based on respect for the customer and his individuality. Each of the employees aims to help the person to flourish through his student and professional life, to realize his full potential and to be an active and engaged citizen.


Destination Travail - Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi de LaSalle offers many services and programs for 16-65 year olds in the LaSalle borough and the island of Montreal. Services, bilingual and free, individual and group, are related to employment, entrepreneurship, education and perseverance. International cooperation projects are also set up with various clients.

Destination Work services are intended for a variety of clienteles: immigrants, young single parents, dropouts, people who have been absent from the labor market for several years, and so on. The organization also offers several school perseverance projects in various LaSalle schools.
