Founded in 1991, the AQEM's mission is to make known and recognize ME / CFS, and to help those who suffer from it.


To fulfill its mission, the AQEM carries out various types of intervention, including the following.

  • Inform and educate the general public as well as the health and social services community, the legal and union communities, government agencies, employers and education stakeholders.
  • Propose to the authorities concerned (Ministry of Health and Social Services, College of Physicians, Faculties of Medicine, for example) ways to improve the situation.
  • Inform people, their loved ones and people in search of diagnosis, by various means: website, review (The Blue Ribbon), other documentation, Info-reference service, conferences, etc.
  • Helping people with Alzheimer's and their loved ones through various means: self-help groups, contact network, dating opportunities, conferences, etc.


Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 16:00
