Mission

The mission of Accès-Travail de Montréal is to offer educational and vocational guidance and job search services for people 18 years of age and over, living on the Island of Montreal, with the aim of developing their employability and promote their social integration into the labor market.

Description

Accès-Travail de Montréal is an organization that helps job seekers on the Island of Montreal who are over 18 years old.

Our services of assistance and accompaniment in search of employment and orientation are offered free of charge to our private services.

- CLUB 3.0: JOB SEARCH CLUB:

CV? Interview? Networks? Hidden market? Want to know more about all these terms and optimize your job search?

Our job search club, with a maximum duration of 3 weeks, full time, is a dynamic, motivating service that will allow you to discover and develop the necessary tools for your return to work!

Addressing adults 18 years and older living on the island of Montreal and speaking and writing French, our club 3.0 aims to offer you a coaching to update your job search!

Our advisors will be there to assist you and help you integrate or re-enter the job market quickly!

- TOGETHER INTEGRATION:

Are you between 18 and 30 years old? You wish to have a professional experience in a field that interests you?

This program, which is paid for 6 weeks, targets people aged 18 to 30 on the Island of Montreal, currently living on social assistance or without income, away from the labor market or who have never accessed it.

Accompanied by our advisors, you integrate or return to the job market gradually by becoming familiar with it and developing professional skills and social skills during thematic workshops.

This period of thematic workshops and coaching will be followed by an internship in business whose objective is your hiring in the internship environment or the acquisition of a positive experience!

This program accompanies you individually for 12 weeks until you get your job!

- PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION :

Do you want to go back to school? Reintegrate the job market or reorient your career plan?

Through a set of psychometric tests and individual meetings, our guidance counselors help you get to know you better, take stock of your skills, interests and needs in order to draw up a plan of action, find a job and you maintain it!

Through a career guidance and school, a validation of choice or skills assessment, this program will offer you a personalized support to take stock of your skills and your needs to find a job that suits you!

To access this service, you must meet an agent of your local employment center to obtain its approval and to be referred to our organization.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30. Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 14:30.
